My intention is to be healthy (in the full sense). Full health includes physical health, emotional health, mental health, and spiritual health. Each feeds into the others but particular aspects can be teased out separately

Physical health: full of vigour, stamina for vigourous activity most days, a desire for vigourous activity, as well as for gentle movement. Digestive health. No artificial stimulants necessary to feel energetic

Exercise: cycling, walking, dancing, stretching

* Almost perfect but then when my personal New Moon hit, got out of habit. Need to do back exercises too.

Diet: whole foods, organic, variety

* Nearly perfect except for some very wholesome oatcakes and bread and below

No alcohol, caffeine or sugar

* Ages since had alcohol. On decaf now. Had sugar in form of cookies and in some hot drinks and in hot cocoa and organic dark chocolate.

7-8 hours of good sleep, without need of sleep aid

* Not good sleep and still taking fibromyalgia/restless leg syndrome pill. But length in total is good.

Recuperative rest

* Not sure what this should be but at the moment TV seems to work. But not sure what is sufficient.

Emotional health: able to handle stress well, having a long-view, wide-view perspective. Able to be close to others. Able to handle old patterns skillfully and wisely.
