it's so funny! dodgy... it's like... unreliable but in a more intentional way. like, a shyster lawyer would be a dodgy lawyer. i bought a computer off a guy that was a bit dodgy... i'm not sure if the computer will work.
does that make sense?
i just think it's so funny to say his ass is dodgy!
in this particular case, andrew was referring to the fact that sometimes little shits get stuck to the fur around his ass and so you can never really really be quite sure that his ass is clean.
